Project Overview
The Beckett Gardens project consisted of the renovation of a 132-unit occupied apartment building and new construction of an 8,000 square foot community and education building with a commercial kitchen, computer lab, offices, and a multi-functional great room. Funded in part by the PHFA's Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
