Project Overview
This project consisted of the construction of a new three-story 17-unit apartment building, three new townhomes, and the renovation of nine apartments.
The 17 unit apartment building was constructed to a LEED silver standard and entails a full vegetative roof system, spray foam insulation, architectural metal siding, and brick veneer. It is funded in part by the City of Philadelphia.
