Project Overview
Allied has completed the ground-up construction of a three-story 20-unit apartment building.
The 24,300 square foot building offers affordable one-three bedroom apartments, live-work spaces for artists, and a ground floor community room for art exhibition and education. The project was funded by the Philadelphia Housing Authority and the City of Philadelphia Office of Housing and Community Development Choice Neighborhood Initiative in combination with the PA Housing Finance Agency Low-Income Tax Credits.
